Ways Red Hatters Can Keep Up To Date With Upcoming Events

Events are a wonderful way for Red and Pink Hatters to bond and greet with each other. Several events are thrown annually. All members are encouraged to attend these events.

One way to keep on top of these events is to use an event calendar. Queens and Supporting members can use the event calendar on the RHS website. There are many options available with the calendar to either post or see upcoming events.

You have to log in to do the RHS website to have access to the event calendar. Only members are able to see which events are coming up. There are several ways to find events.

One is to find events by location. You can also search for time periods. There is an option to combine more than one search, so you know which events are happening in a certain time period within your area.

Click on the list of events to get more information. You will be able to find details, such as the address and time it will be held. There will also be options for you to highlight the event by flagging it, and you can also forward the event to others.

Many events also require an RSVP. If you are planning on going to the event, you can RSVP on the event calendar. Most posted events will have an RSVP link that you can click on to let them know if you will be attending the event.

If you have a hard time figuring out the event calendar they even have an email account set up for your questions. Email eventcalendar@redhatsociety.com for any concerns or questions you have.

Use the event calendar to keep posted on upcoming events. You can also email eventcalendar@redhatsociety.com if you have any questions about the event calendar. The event calendar is a wonderful tool.

You may also get invitations for upcoming events. Log in the RHS website to view if you have any invitations to see if anyone close by is hosting an event. Red Hatters are also sent emails to remind them of any events coming up.
